Have You Thanked A Soldier Today?

Today is Veterans Day. Have you thanked a soldier or a veteran for their service today?

The closest I got to military service was the R.O.T.C. Program in high school. But I will never forget Operation Desert Storm or 9/11 or the thousands of operations or missions our military carries out every day!

And I will never stop being thankful to the men and women who put themselves in harms way every day to keep this country free!

When was the last time you told a soldier how much you appreciate their service?

I make it a point to tell as many soldiers as I can, how much I appreciate their service. And it is my opinion that too many of them look at me with shock!

Do you stop soldiers in parking lots to tell them “Thank You”?

These men and women put their lives on the line every day to protect us, to keep us safe, to keep us free. They do it voluntarily and, in my opinion, for far too little pay.

We should all be more grateful to them!
